Poppy Campaign - Saturday 3 November

330 Squadron will be assisting Legions 10 and 22 with the Poppy campaign this year.

The last Friday in October signifies the start of the annual Royal Canadian Legion poppy campaign, in support of those who serve and have served, and to raise funds for veterans and their families.

As such, we we will be lending our support to our Legions to help distribute poppies and collect donations in support of our veterans. It is strongly encouraged that all cadets participate in at least 1 of 2 shifts.  Please arrive 15 minutes before your shift.

Location: Branch 10 Legion and Branch 22 Legion
Branch 10 Legion - 1083 Pape Avenue, Toronto (Pape and O’Connor)

Branch 22 Legion - 1240 Woodbine Ave (Woodbine and Mortimer)

Dress: C-2 (full uniform). New Recruits in black pants, white dress shirt, black shoes, tie and females with hair in a bun.

Notes: Must have your health card and a bottle of water. Snacks will be provided. This year there are two shifts, and they are 10 am to 2:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Lunch will be provided for those who sign up for both shifts.

Miscellaneous: Parents are requested to assist legion members in driving their cadets to and from their location within the community. Do your part and help support those who risked or lost their lives for our freedom! Volunteer hours will be signed. Cadets must bring their volunteer forms to the legion.
