Cadet Leaders

As cadets grow in the program, they get the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and become squadron leaders. The cadets grow through a process which requires them to submit a resume, cover letter and go through a board interview. The board panel consists of 3 members and the cadets gets asked 5 questions and will get scored on. From those results the Commanding Officer then make their selections.

Having a Leadership Position is a requirement for those cadets who opt into the Advance Leadership Program (ALP). ALP is ran by both Area office and the squadron. Cadets interested in knowing what positions they can apply for based on squadron needs can be found on Teams under the Area Publications Channel.
