OUR TEAM
The Squadron is led by a corps of senior cadets, the non-commissioned officers (NCOs) and a cadre of adult staff. The adult staff consist of Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) reserve officers, CAF non-commissioned officers, civilian instructors and volunteers. Officers are members of the Cadet Instructors Cadre Branch and receive professional training in military instruction and youth development. Staff members possess a wide variety of knowledge, skills, and experience from their involvement with the Canadian Cadet Organizations and from their full-time civilian careers—all of which aid in developing and providing a stellar program for our cadets.
Our Squadron is always looking for additional staff members that have a keen interest in developing the future of our country, our youth! Anyone interested is asked to contact the Commanding Officer by email at CO@330aircadets.com or stop by for a conversation!
